Yes. Waterlooville has no railway station of its own, so most rail journeys start at Havant or Bedhampton, and we cover both. We also cover Portsmouth and Southsea and Portsmouth Harbour stations, Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham, Portsmouth International Port, the Southampton cruise terminals and any residential address across PO7, PO8 and PO9.
Do you charge for waiting time?
There is no waiting charge at any airport. We track your flight and adjust for however long you are held at passport control or baggage reclaim. For meetings, events and other pickups, there is a 15-minute grace period before waiting time applies.

Yes. Lukso operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including bank holidays. Early airport departures, late-night arrivals and pre-dawn cruise embarkations make up a large share of what we do in Waterlooville.

What is your cancellation policy?
If the booking is cancelled 24 hours or more before it is due to begin, there is no charge. If it is cancelled less than 24 hours before, the booking is charged in full. Contact our customer support team with any questions.
Do you cover cruise transfers from Waterlooville?
Yes. Portsmouth International Port is the closer of the two, and the five Southampton cruise terminals are a little over 20 miles west. We cover embarkation and disembarkation at both, including pre-dawn departures and post-cruise airport journeys. Give us the berth or gate number from your cruise documents, and we will take you to the right one.
