The drivers at Lukso were all friendly and professional.  I used them daily for three weeks.  For the most part they arrived promptly, but on the two occasions they were delayed, the drivers kept in contact with me to warn me and keep me updated. We booked a ride from Portsmouth Cruise Terminal to Heathrow airport.  We were delayed disembarking from the ship by almost an hour, but our driver Jamie waited patiently and kept messaging us to let us know where he was waiting and how to let him know once we were finally off the ship. Is your service available day and night?
Yes. Lukso operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including bank holidays. Early airport departures and late-night arrivals make up a large share of what we do.
Do you charge for waiting time?
There is no waiting charge at any airport. We track your flight and adjust, however long you are held at passport control or baggage reclaim. For meetings, events and other pickups, there is a 15-minute grace period before waiting time applies.
What is your cancellation policy?
If the booking is cancelled 24 hours or more before the booking is due to begin, there will be no charge. If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking is due to begin then the booking will be charged in full.
