Is your service available day and night?
Yes. Lukso operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including bank holidays. Early airport departures and late-night arrivals make up a large share of what we do.
Do you charge for waiting time?
There is no waiting charge at any airport. We track your flight and adjust, however long you are held at passport control or baggage reclaim. For meetings, events and other pickups, there is a 15-minute grace period before waiting time applies.
What is your cancellation policy?
If the booking is cancelled 24 hours or more before the booking is due to begin, there will be no charge. If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking is due to begin then the booking will be charged in full.
