What to Expect on the Day of Your Airport Transfer

Before your journey

You will receive a booking confirmation by email with full journey details. Approximately 24 hours before your transfer, we will send a reminder that includes your chauffeur's name, vehicle make, registration plate, and a direct mobile number for the driver. You are welcome to contact your chauffeur directly on the day if your plans change.

On the day

Your chauffeur arrives at your address at least five minutes before the agreed collection time. They will come to your door, assist with all luggage, and load the vehicle. The route is pre-planned using live traffic data, and your driver will adjust in real time if conditions change.

At the airport

For departures, your chauffeur will drop you at the correct terminal entrance and assist with unloading your bags. For arrivals, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name board. What is the process for meeting my chauffeur at the airport?

Your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a name board. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a message with their photo, vehicle details, and a direct contact number. They will assist with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle.

Will my chauffeur be available if my flight arrives early?

Yes. We track departures as well as arrivals. If your flight lands ahead of schedule, your chauffeur will be aware and will do their best to be at the airport to meet you as quickly as possible. In most cases, your driver will already be waiting.

How far in advance should I book an airport transfer?
