Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall of your terminal, North or South, holding a name board. Gatwick's two terminals have separate arrivals halls, so we check your flight's terminal before travelling. If we cannot locate you, we call the number on your booking.
FLIGHT TRACKING
Every airport booking is tracked from take-off. If your flight lands early or late, your chauffeur's arrival time moves with it. If your flight is switched to the other terminal, so is your chauffeur.
TRANSPARENT PRICING
The price you are quoted when you book is the price you pay. Tolls, meet and greet, and luggage handling are included, with no hidden charges added on the day.

Where does the chauffeur meet me at Gatwick Airport?
In the arrivals hall of your terminal, holding a name board. Gatwick has two terminals, North and South, each with its own arrivals hall. Your chauffeur confirms the terminal from your flight number before you land. If the chauffeur cannot locate you, they will call the phone number on the booking.
Which terminal will I be dropped at for my Gatwick flight?
The terminal your airline uses, which is shown on your booking confirmation. Your chauffeur drops you at the forecourt of that terminal. If you are unsure, send us the flight number and we will confirm it for you. The two terminals are linked by a free shuttle that takes around two minutes.
Can I cancel my Gatwick Airport chauffeur booking?
Bookings cancelled 24 hours or more before the collection time are not charged. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full.
How far is Gatwick Airport from Portsmouth and Southampton?
Gatwick is 67 miles from Portsmouth via the A27 and A23, around 1 hour 25 minutes, and 80 miles from Southampton via the M27 and A27, around 1 hour 45 minutes. Chichester is the nearest of the areas we cover at 48 miles, around 1 hour 5 minutes.
What happens if my flight into Gatwick is delayed?
Your flight is tracked from take-off. Once a delay is confirmed, your chauffeur's arrival time is moved to match the new landing time, so they are in the arrivals hall when you walk through.
Will I be notified when my chauffeur arrives?
Yes. You receive a message when the vehicle is in position, with the chauffeur's name and contact number.
What if my flight arrives early?
The same flight tracking applies. If your flight lands ahead of schedule, your chauffeur's arrival is brought forward, and they meet you in arrivals as normal.
Do you provide Gatwick Airport transfers for tour operators and groups?
Yes. Lukso Travel works with tour operators, hotels and cruise lines on Gatwick arrivals and departures for groups, using the Mercedes S-Class for up to seven passengers per vehicle and multiple vehicles for larger parties. Contact us for group and operator terms.
