Each Lukso driver involved in my transfer from my home to Genisis Surrey and then my return to home, were > courteous, showed empathy in the circumstances of my reason for travel to Genisis Surrey.

Do you cover the whole of Havant?
Yes. Lukso collects from anywhere in Havant and the surrounding area, including Bedhampton, Emsworth, Hayling Island, Langstone, Warblington, Leigh Park, Denvilles, Stakes and Rowlands Castle. We are licensed as a private hire operator by Havant Borough Council.
Do you charge for waiting time?
There is no waiting charge at any airport. We track your flight and adjust for however long you are held at passport control or baggage reclaim. For meetings, events and other pickups, there is a 15-minute grace period before waiting time applies.
Can you collect from Havant station or Queen Alexandra Hospital?
Yes. We cover Havant railway station, Havant & South Downs College, the town centre and St Faith's Church, Queen Alexandra Hospital in nearby Cosham, Hayling Island, and any residential address across the Havant postcode area.
Is your service available day and night?
Yes. Lukso operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including bank holidays. Early airport departures, late-night arrivals and pre-dawn cruise embarkations from Portsmouth make up a large share of what we do in Havant.

What is your cancellation policy?
If the booking is cancelled 24 hours or more before it is due to begin, there is no charge. If it is cancelled less than 24 hours before, the booking is charged in full. Contact our customer support team with any questions.
Do you cover cruise transfers from Havant?
Yes. Portsmouth International Port is around 9 miles away, making it the closer and more frequent choice for Havant departures, with the Southampton cruise terminals also available, around 23 miles away, for a wider range of sailings. We cover embarkation and disembarkation at both, including pre-dawn departures and post-cruise airport journeys. Give us the berth or gate number from your cruise documents, and we will take you to the right one.
