Do you cover the whole of Portsmouth?
Yes. Lukso collects from anywhere in the city, including Southsea, Old Portsmouth, Gunwharf Quays, Fratton, North End, Copnor, Milton, Eastney, Hilsea, Cosham, Drayton, Farlington and Port Solent. We are based in Waterlooville, just north of the city, so cars reach Portsea Island quickly.
Do you charge for waiting time?
There is no waiting charge at any airport. We track your flight and adjust, however long you are held at passport control or baggage reclaim. For meetings, events and other pickups, there is a 15-minute grace period before waiting time applies.
Can you collect from Portsmouth Harbour or Fratton station?
Yes. We cover Portsmouth Harbour and The Hard Interchange, Portsmouth & Southsea station and Fratton station, along with Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham and any residential address in the city.
Is your service available day and night?
Yes. Lukso operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including bank holidays. Early airport departures and late-night arrivals make up a large share of what we do in Portsmouth.

What is your cancellation policy?
If the booking is cancelled 24 hours or more before it is due to begin, there is no charge. If it is cancelled less than 24 hours before, the booking is charged in full. Contact our customer support team with any questions.
