What is your cancellation policy?

If the booking is cancelled 24 hours or more before the booking is due to begin, there will be no charge. If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking is due to begin then the booking will be charged in full. Please feel free to contact our customer support team for any questions you may have.

Is advance payment required?

Yes, for card payments made 24 hours prior to travel, advance payment is required. For our agreed accounts, Lukso Travel offers a 30-day term for payment.

Do your prices include VAT or is VAT extra?

We are VAT registered, so VAT is chargeable on all bookings. This will be clearly visible on any quote or booking confirmation.
