Lukso Travel offers a booking history for corporate clients who are always travelling for business, and streamlining flight schedules, ensuring an easy, stress-free booking and service experience.
If the booking is cancelled 24 hours or more before the booking is due to begin, there will be no charge. If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking is due to begin then the booking will be charged in full. Lukso Travel offers a variety of executive vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz S/E/V Class, BMW 7/5 Series, and Audi A6/A8, including long-wheel base models. We have vehicles that cater for up to 7 passengers.

Yes, for card payments made 24 hours prior to travel, advance payment is required. For our agreed accounts, Lukso Travel offers a 30-day term for payment.
Payment is made at the time of booking or prior to the commencement of your journey. Lukso Travel accepts advanced payments for bookings made in advance, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our customers. For any specific payment arrangements, you are more than welcome to discuss with our customer service team to accommodate your needs accordingly.
To ensure availability and the best service possible, we recommend booking a chauffeur at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. Unless it is peak travel times or for special events, it is best to book as far in advance as you can. However, we do strive to accommodate last-minute bookings as well.
At Lukso Travel, we do have a minimum length of time for which we charge for our chauffeur services. However, the minimum length of time duration varies depending on factors such as the vehicle, the distance travelled, and any other additional services requested by the customer.
Yes, Lukso Travel's chauffeur service often provides umbrellas for our customers' convenience, ensuring comfort and protection during inclement weather during their travel.
We are VAT registered, so VAT is chargeable on all bookings. This will be clearly visible on any quote or booking confirmation.
We maintain our regular chauffeur rates during most bank holidays throughout the year. However, it's important to note that during the festive seasons of Christmas and New Year, our rates are adjusted to reflect increased demand and operational costs. During these peak periods, we charge double the normal rates to ensure availability and to compensate our staff for their dedicated service during these special times.
Yes, Lukso Travel’s fares does include the cost of parking and tolls within the agreed-upon route. This ensures transparency and convenience for our clients.
Unfortunately, we do not provide baby or child seats. However, we can store our customers' seats if needed.
To obtain your receipt, you can request one from our customer service team at the time of booking or after your journey. If you have booked through our website or by email, you should be able to access and download your receipt directly from your account.
