Terms and Conditions

•  A regular journey is from one pick up address to a destination or vice versa, additional collections and drop offs will be charged at extra cost. Please ensure that Lukso Travel office staff are informed of any extra requirements at the time of booking.
• The cancellation policy is as follows:
  • If the booking is cancelled 24 hours or more before the booking is due to begin, there will be no charge. 
  • If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking is due to begin then the booking will be charged in full.
• Lukso Travel does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. Advice can be given regarding transfer times from collection to drop off, however this is intended for the purpose of indication, Lukso Travel can accept no responsibility for missed connections of any description.
• Lukso Travel will take no responsibility for refund of costs to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport.
• Lukso Travel reserve the right to charge waiting fees for any events in which the driver has had to wait for an hour outside of the scheduled booking (1 hour free at airport collections). Waiting fees start at £30 per hour.
• If the client is a “no show” they will be liable of a call out fee equivalent to the value of the booking.
• Please ensure that the flight arrival day and time given to the Lukso Travel office staff, is the time of arrival into the UK airport NOT the airport departure time. Incorrect information resulting in Lukso Travel carrying out a secondary journey will result in additional charges.
• If a collection is from an airport the driver will meet all clients in the airport arrivals area in all terminals unless previously arranged.
• Late changes to bookings will be accommodated where possible.
• Clients will be charged for any damage of fixtures within the car.
• Soiling the vehicles will be charged at  a minimum of £200.00, to account for the time the vehicle will be off the road.
• Lukso Travel reserve the right to change your vehicle or driver at any time. 
• Lukso Travel and our drivers have the right to refuse to carry any client who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat to the driver, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).
• Lukso Travel maintain a strict no smoking policy in all our vehicles.
