What is your cancellation policy?
If the booking is cancelled 24 hours or more before the booking is due to begin, there will be no charge. If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking is due to begin then the booking will be charged in full. Unfortunately, we do not provide baby or child seats. However, we can store our customers' seats if needed.

No, smoking is not permitted in any of the vehicles operated by Lukso Travel. Smoking is prohibited to maintain a clean and healthy environment for everyone in and using the vehicle.
Are all your long distance journeys fixed price?
At Lukso Travel, we do have a minimum length of time for which we charge for our chauffeur services. However, the minimum length of time duration varies depending on factors such as the vehicle, the distance travelled, and any other additional services requested by the customer.
Are there any extra charges in case of late arrival?
We offer a 60-minute grace period for all our airport pick-ups. If your arrival is delayed beyond this, additional charges may apply depending on the length of the wait. Please feel free to contact us for more information regarding specific fees.
